Aumeats reviews the specific formula, process, proposed legal manufacturing entity, importer requirements and current rules, then coordinates the label, certificate, testing and export-document workstream. Suitability is verified for each project rather than inferred from a general certificate.
How are NDAs, formula ownership and intellectual property handled?
Customer-owned samples, formulas, artwork and commercial information can be handled under an NDA. Ownership of newly developed formulas, label files, packaging artwork and other outputs is defined in the applicable written agreement.
