Can Aumeats develop an OEM product from an existing sample?
Aumeats can assess a reference only when the customer owns it or is authorised to use it. The review may compare appearance, dimensions, texture, composition direction, analytical targets, process, packaging and target cost. Development aims to create an agreed, manufacturable specification, not to promise an identical result or copy protected intellectual property. Sample rounds, acceptance criteria, testing, ownership and scale-up conditions are documented. Final performance, claims, compliance and commercial production remain subject to approved evidence and written project confirmation.
Sample characterisation
Record appearance, dimensions, hardness, moisture, aroma, eating texture, fibre and chew time.
Define the product attributes and process parameters that must be verified through prototypes.
Formula and ingredients
Assess the ingredient system, protein sources, binders, analytical targets and flavour direction.
Establish a feasible prototype formula and approved raw-material route.
Commercial costing
