OEM Project Delivery Workflow
Decision gates from brief and sample development through production and repeat order.
1. Gate 1: feasibility
Confirm the product route, market assumptions, facility options, principal risks, indicative MOQ and development plan.
2. Gate 2: technical approval
Approve the sample, formula version, specification, test plan, packaging structure and label-data responsibilities.
3. Gate 3: commercial release
Confirm price basis, order quantity, payment, lead time, inspection, Incoterm and change conditions before production.
4. Gate 4: delivery and repeat order
Complete batch release, export documents and shipment handover, then record performance, changes and forecast for the next order.
