1. MOQ
The minimum order is driven by line batch, raw-material purchase units, packaging print quantity, case configuration, testing and production efficiency.
2. Price and validity
The quotation should state specification, volume basis, packaging, included tests, Incoterm, currency, validity and the cost drivers subject to review.
3. Lead time and payment
Sample, component, production and shipment timing are separated; payment milestones are agreed according to project risk and order history.
4. Tooling, change and cancellation
Ownership and charges for moulds, cylinders, artwork and development are documented together with change approval, obsolescence and cancellation conditions.
This material supports preliminary OEM and ODM discussions. Manufacturing capability, certification scope, market eligibility, pricing and delivery terms remain subject to written project confirmation.
