Purpose & Scope
Manufacturing & Capacity Planning
How to assess process capability, capacity, production allocation and continuity.
1. Capability comes before nominal capacity
The facility must demonstrate the relevant equipment, process knowledge, quality controls and product experience before available tonnage becomes meaningful.
2. Line fit affects cost and consistency
Batch size, forming method, drying or retort cycle, changeover, pack format and inspection points influence yield, lead time and repeatability.
3. Capacity must be reserved against a realistic forecast
Material lead time, packaging supply, seasonal demand and line allocation are reviewed with the order plan rather than assumed from annual factory figures.
4. Continuity requires qualified alternatives
For strategic ranges, Aumeats can assess additional technically suitable routes, subject to sample, document and commercial qualification.
This material supports preliminary OEM and ODM discussions. Manufacturing capability, certification scope, market eligibility, pricing and delivery terms remain subject to written project confirmation.
Recommended next step
Prepare the Aumeats project brief with your target market, product information, reference files, estimated volume, packaging, target cost and launch date, then send it to info@aumeats.com.
