3. Run purposeful sample rounds
Each iteration tests defined variables and records structured feedback, avoiding open-ended sampling without acceptance criteria.
4. Close development with controlled documents
The approved sample, formula version, specification, packaging, testing, commercial conditions and change rules form the production baseline.
