3. Commercial parameters
Include first-order estimate, annual forecast, target cost or retail architecture, desired Incoterm, payment expectations and timing.
4. Reference files
Attach clear product and packaging images, labels, specifications, test reports, artwork status and any customer quality or compliance standards.
