Organising product, label, facility and importer responsibilities.
1. Classify the product and route
Species, intended use, animal-origin materials, claims, manufacturing process and importer route determine which requirements apply.
2. Review ingredients and claims early
A formula that is technically feasible may still require changes if an ingredient, additive or marketing claim is unsuitable for the destination market.
3. Control mandatory label inputs
Identity, composition, analysis, feeding, storage, warnings, origin, responsible party, lot and date information must be coordinated with the final artwork.
4. Separate facility and importer responsibilities
Registration, official certificates and establishment eligibility do not replace the buyer's local importer, registration and market-surveillance obligations.
This material supports preliminary OEM and ODM discussions. Manufacturing capability, certification scope, market eligibility, pricing and delivery terms remain subject to written project confirmation.
